About

I am learning how to manage with AI in the room.

This site is the public home for that learning: what I am noticing, what I am building, and what I think leaders need to practice as AI becomes a normal part of work.

Why this exists

Most AI conversation still jumps between tool demos and sweeping predictions. I am interested in the middle layer: the management decisions that make the tools useful or leave them stranded.

My own path runs through building personal AI systems, experimenting with agent workflows, and thinking about what responsible delegation looks like when the teammate is probabilistic software.

The goal is not to pretend the playbook is finished. The goal is to write clearly while it is being formed.
